Jim Busch was born in St. Boniface Manitoba. Jim has worked and lived in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and therefore understands the unique challenges facing businesses in our Canadian climate.
Jim currently resides in Markham, Ontario with his wife Cathy. Jim is the founder and owner of Global Steel Buildings. With over 25 years experience marketing pre-engineered steel buildings, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge to facilitate your specific project needs.
Jim has successfully partnered with diverse companies across multiple sectors to deliver quality pre-engineered buildings. Having delivered over 1500 pre-engineered steel buildings across Canada, Jim has had the pleasure of working with companies including Shell, Suncor, Inco, IOC, MacMillan Bloedel, Manitoba Hydro, BC Hydro, Algenol Biofuels, The Toronto Port Authority, RCMP, OPP, Strabag Construction and others. Jim has been responsible for the successful completion of several international projects throughout the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean.
With experience across vertical markets including mining, forestry, agricultural, manufacturing, commercial, industrial, transportation, fisheries, energy and hospitality Jim will bring a unique insight to your project’s specific needs. Jim has earned his reputation in the market by working with organizations including Steel Built Corporation, Nucor, Corle, SBC, Nusteel, Behlen MFG (Nebraska), Behlen Canada, Steelway Building Systems.
